Yahoo has decided to abandon Yahoo Answers, one of the longest-running Q&A platforms on the Internet, from May 4. Launched in 2005, the service has so far helped millions of users around the world find answers to their problems, and they plan to redirect it back to the Yahoo home page after visiting the Yahoo Answers website on May 4th.
